Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jilliko account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilliko account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jilliko will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
jilliko shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilliko's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliko account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilliko platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as applicable.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law, including rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
